The Churches' Child Protection Advisory Service has been in existence since 1977 and has developed over the years into a highly reputable child protection agency. CCPAS is the only independent Christian charity providing professional advice, support, training and resources in all areas of safeguarding children and for those affected by abuse. Our services are used not only by churches and groups across the denominational spectrum, but increasingly by other faiths as well as non-faith based organisations keen to use the resources and expertise we offer. .
How CCPAS is Funded
This is done largely through voluntary giving by churches, trusts and individuals. In addition however, the Department of Health and the Department for Education and Skills endorse the work of CCPAS and have provided short-term funding towards various projects and resources. Much of the work CCPAS is able to do is largely dependent upon voluntary donations. If you would like to make a donation to CCPAS, please click here . If you would like a copy of the current CCPAS Annual Report and Accounts please send your request with an SAE for 35 pence to PO Box 133, Swanley, Kent, BR8 7UQ.
