1. Why haven't I received any updates or replies to my emails recently?

Often we don't know, but there are things you can check.

• it has been placed automatically in ‘junk mail'
• check the anti-spam filter on your computer
• is your mail box full?
• send a test email to check we have your details correct and ask for a reply confirming this
• provide us with another email address (we can accept two for each organisation)
